The Investment Property Forum (IPF) is an independent membership association with over 1,900 individual members drawn from a wide range of different professional commun ities including fund management, surveying, law, banking and accountancy. The IPF originally commissioned 'Understanding Commercial Property Investment a Guide for Financial Advisers' in 2003 (updated in 2007), upon which this website is in part based.
